Strategic Planning Day 2009

A one day strategic planning event was held at the Holiday Inn at Surfers Paradise on 23 February, 2009.

This was a joint planning day with QRNO and was aimed at reviewing the purposes of both organisations,  updating these as necessary and planning ahead.  A planning horizon of 3 years was set ie 2009 - 2011.

Attendance was by members of the Board of Management of each organisation along with invited guests from AARNet.

A range of ideas were discussed and a number of actions determined for follow up.  The objectives of QUESTnet were determined to be still quite relevant and needing little change.
